It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the suitability of any item purchased from Office--Equipment.com for the project or business purpose or personal use intended, thus “All Sales Are Considered Final.” If a product is returned by a customer alleging a factory defect, then it will be shipped at the customer’s expense for inspection by the manufacturer or it’s agents for said factory defect. If approved for repair under warranty, then the product will be repaired and returned to the customer with cost of freight borne by the customer. Labor charges for all repairs including items covered by parts warranty will be at the expense of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the correct electrical current and correct electrical fixture for each product. It is incumbent on the customer to provide fixtures installed by a licensed electrician. Voltage and amperage provided by utilities varies and the customer is advised to seek the advice of a licensed electrician when connecting all electrical equipment. All warranties are voided if the customer uses the incorrect voltage or amperage. The customer is encouraged to use extra care when wiring for three phase electrical service as motors may run backward if wired incorrectly. No item may be returned to Office--Equipment.com without the express written authorization of Office--Equipment.com. If such written authorization is provided by Office--Equipment.com, it will include a Return Goods Authorization number. Such RGA number must appear on the bill of lading when the product is returned. All returns must be in the original packing container and must include all accessories and operating manuals included in the original shipment. If a product is returned to Office--Equipment.com due to an error by the customer; then the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Special order products and custom made products are not returnable. A restocking fee of 30% will apply on all returned items. Before attempting to return any merchandise, the customer must contact Office--Equipment.com. If an item is returned by the customer and is not suitable for return to inventory as in new condition, then the product will be returned to the customer and freight charges will apply. Please insure as necessary. Management of Office--Equipment.com may provide for exchange of returned merchandise with a like item if the returned merchandise is received in new condition and if all original packaging material is returned. The restocking fee of 30% will be charged and the customer will be invoiced for the replacement product.
